Family dispute- Need help in making someone move out of the house

Hi, nI'm akshita.My parents have been married since more than 25 years. Me and my mother are not happy living together with my father though. The house we live in is owned by my mother. Is it possible to legally make my father move out of the house without a filing for a divorce?

You can. However, you have to take the assistance of Police to throw your Husband out by showing them that the Ownership of House belongs to your Mother and your Mother has no relationship with your Father. If Police will not help you, you have to seek help of Court.

yes you can file a case under domestic violence where you can remove your father instantly without filing for divorce but for that a very good lawyer is needed who can draft the case properly. your mother also files an eviction suit against him but that is not as fast as the earlier one.

yes without filing divorce case you can live separately with your father you can take order from court to leave them from view with you and your mother there are many other ways from which you can get you solution Court has different proceedings for different process and cases by which you can get
