yes it is very easy to take stay with your child and you can get maintenance from your husband procedure is not much more complicated it is very simple but I will but as an human being abhi suggest that if you have two kids then you have to try try to stay together looking at kids and every society at every house there are family problems it doesn't means to get it divorce and finish it you have to compromise at some manner I hope your husband will also compromise at some manner if you think that this thing is impossible no it's wrong because in life there are there are very critical condition as the time changes that conditions complications and problems also changes fortunately you can get relief and good healthy relation in your family bye after sometime so if you face some problems nowadays or after some days then in future you will get very good healthy family also your kids will get do the mummy and papa together

Brother was caretaker of Father.Father was mysteriously hospitalised multiple times during this period.Ultimately Father was kicked out of the house and put in a nursing home where he died.This happened 7 yrs ago.Can a wrongful death case or second degree murder case be filed?
