False streedhan dowry case and son asking share in my own property

My son and his wife separated from me and my daughter after physically assaulting us over property dispute. Now his wife has filed a false complaint against three of us after 1.5 yr, domestic violence, streedhan, dowry accusation. We never demanded dowry and the items we gifted her they already took it with them. They are also claiming jewelry that we never gifted her and belongs to me and items I prepared for daughters future wedding. My husband passed in Covid. He even sent notice for my prope
