My son and his wife separated from me and my daughter after physically assaulting us over property dispute. Now his wife has filed a false complaint against three of us after 1.5 yr, domestic violence, streedhan, dowry accusation. We never demanded dowry and the items we gifted her they already took it with them. They are also claiming jewelry that we never gifted her and belongs to me and items I prepared for daughters future wedding. My husband passed in Covid. He even sent notice for my prope

For DV act you have to file a WS where you mention all the things and annex all the document that they all para and all the submission was false frivolous and you can claim the property accordingly as you are the senior citizen person and your husband was passed away as you said so you can contest in the court if you have all the document if they did not did not will it then you can file a case for a declaration for the property
