Q: Brother stole my ₹36 Lakh and not returning

I had loaned ₹36lakh to my brother in Jan 2020 who struggling to pay off hia home loan. It's been 6 years and he is not returning my money even after selling that house. He paid back only ₹16 lakh in installments till July 2024. Then he insulted me and threw me out of home. Please help me how can I get back my money with interest of 6 years?

Sir you can't claim right now because the limitation is over limitation recovery of the money limitation period now you can do if if you and your brother make an agreement then only will be in limitation otherwise you can't claim that money but you can do makeshift for that you can file a case in file complaint and police station where is police to help yours and and brother jot down on the paper it will come in a limitation otherwise you can't claim even if you go to the High Court Supreme Court

If your wife has used long before sisters and brothers in law residing separately as accused in dv case and judge removed their name from array of parties under dv section 2 (s) is it possible, legally maintainable or beneficial to put defamation and civil damage case against wife.

Wife filed divorce case and in sworn in chief affidavit, she mentioned that husband has bet him very harshly and have been admitted in hospital with injuries. But actual hospital admission took place due to wife suffering from fever and dehydration and the same has been mentioned in discharge summary issued by Hospital. Now in cross examination by respondent counsel, he showed discharge summary and asked her whether discharge summary mentioned as fever. She replies as "Yes"Can perjury be filed?
