False NC filed by Husband and his family- Hindu Religion- Evidence in

My husband had filed NC against me in May 2023 when we separated for a while due to disagreement. We reconciled in August 2023 as I convinced him not to break this relationship. I came to know about NC October.The allegations made by him and his family against me were shocking.When I confronted him in November regarding the same he told me in May he was very angry with me hence he filed false complaint.What would be the implications of NC filed? It can be used as a evidence against me i, right?

Well, a NC can be used against you, to just prove in court, that, a Complaint in past has been made by your Husband to Police because of so & so reasons and that is it! Your Husband can also file a Private Criminal Complaint based on this NC within a prescribed limitation period.

Hi As per Indian Penal Code to give the false complaint to the police is an offence. just merely your husband file NC does not mean that you are convicted but it is strategy or we'll plan which use the reference of this NC in other Matrimonial/family cases against you For more info regarding this situation then contact us and visit our website

NC has no value if he cannot pursue against you by filing a Private Criminal Complaint before the concerned Magistrate Court in the form of a Private Criminal Complaint. NC can be used in Court that the offences were instantly reported to Police, but, Police were not having powers to neither investigate the case, nor arrest the accused.
