False accusations of dowry demand and attempt to murder
10-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
Hi, I am a 28 years old man, currently located in a different city than my hometown for the job. My in-laws and my wife have registered a false FIR last month that I and my family were demanding dowry from her and tried to kill her on 21st May'18. But the matter of fact is she is at her parent's home since 27th Mar'18. On the date of event, I was present in a different city and the event happened in my hometown. I requested my company's HR to provide me the proof of attendance but they are asking for the FIR copy. I am afraid that if I provide them the FIR they might not provide me any proof or fire with giving any reason. This has become a big problem for us. Police is searching for my parents to arrest them and we have no option other than hide. But then they might come to the city I am residing at or at my workplace which again can result in me losing my job. Please help me with some advise on how to prove me and my family innocent without risking to lose my job.
Firstly you should take steps for getting anticipatory bail. After that you can file quashing petition under sec482 of the car P C for quashing of false case against you and your family members . It is advised that
you should take professional's help for future course of action.

Hello,
Hereby i would like to tell you that fist you to make confirm yourself that whether fir has been lodged or not, if yes then in which sections it has been lodged then you will have to get anticipatory bail. Then only further you can take action.

No need to be pani or worried. With clam mind handel the case in proper way and step by step. First contact a good lawyer, apprise him all the facts , documents and ask him to file anticipatiry bail for all. There is general guidline of supreme court in this regard.
