False 498A case wife abusing and giving threats what can I do

Hi,

Complaint to senior police officer than file a complaint before the magistrate.

Few Days back recovery of articles left by my wife was done at my home. As she is ill mannered she and her family members started abusing and provoking nonstop as she landed in my doorstep, cops and lady IO were not able to control her they called the 100 no control room and local cops came. Hell broke loose that day. All Abuses provokings and threats are in video recording. What can i do?

Please loged an FIR and also file divorce on the ground of cruelty and defame before the society. Complaint should be lodged cross because no body has right to defame anyone. If police not registered any complai Then you should file a complaint case before the magistrate u/s 156(3) CrPC

Before envoking any right you should apply for anticipatory baip under section 438 cr.p.c. once you get bail then you can fight case but till then you may face some threat by then.

What is the status of the case...if the FIR has already been registered in that case you should take the anticipatory bail for all who have been named in the FIR for further advise u can contact us so that the advise can be given accordingly

well u can.file a complaint befote police station. regarding yout greivances. secondly.you can apply foranticattory bail application before session court you can join the proceeding before.polce if any.
