I recently discovered I was deceived in the name of love. I was in a relationship with a girl for 5 years, but she suddenly disappeared two months ago. I tried to contact her, only to find out she got married. It's been devastating, and I can't focus on anything. We were intimate a few times because I believed we would marry. She borrowed ₹50,000 from me 5 months ago. I feel betrayed and used. I don't want to resort to blackmail; instead, I want to know if I can take legal action against her for cheating and reclaim the money.

hiwhat do you want to do ? you want to file a case for money. other than this you can't do anything. just try I was recently cheated in the name of love. I was in love with a girl for past 5 years and recently there is no news of her, its been almost 2 months. I tried to get in touch with her but to my tragedy I came to know that she got married. It was really heart breaking and am not able to concentrate in anything. We had physical relationship couple of times, It happened because i was sure of marrying her. She borrowed 50000rs 5 months back. I feel cheated and I feel my love for her is being used. I dont want to go behind her and blackmail her instead I want to know CAN ANYTHING BE DONE

Q: Wife filed divorce case in Bhopal Can she now transfer case to Delhi

My wife filed a divorce case on me in BHOPAL family court.(her home town) Now, as she is living in NOIDA and I am in DELHI. Can I give petition to transfer the case in Delhi or in Noida to avoid the wastage of time? Is this possible?

HiYes, why not you can transfer your case from Bhopal to Delhi by way of filling petition in supreme Court.
