Domestic violence at my house. My father beats us

My father has not given any rupee to my education nor my food since I was in class 7-8. My mother fed me and I have taken loan for my engineering. Now I have constructed two extra rooms in our house which was named as my great grandfather's. But my father regularly beats and harras us and threatened to leave the house immediately. I have invested a lot here also my mother has no where to stay now. He locked us from outside so that we can't able to go out. I want this to stop and take action.

It's your father inharited property. so you are also claimant for that property. You can file legal complaints against your father . It's a civil matter. for more details you can contact me at High Court

yes both you and your mother can jointly take action and put off your father out of the house and your mother has to take the step alongwith you and she has to stand strong and you can both get maintenance
