i hv been married fr 3 years it was a love marriage and my husband start beating me after 1 year of marriage he continue it for 2 yrs and now i told in my family so he was calm but keeps on commenting nd abusing and he alleged me that i hv an affair which is not true .....ow he left home and living with his friend and his friend's wife for about 1 month what i can do?
As your husband is abusive and is treating you badly you can file domestic voilence case against him. In the same case you can claim maintainace from him for you daily expenses. And other basic needs. Or else you can file section 9 case of restitution of conjugal rights where in court will call him and ask the reason of not living with you.
