How much time it will take to build a solid case for divorce if a wife denies sex to husband since day 1 of marriage for almost 4 months for no proper reason ?

Dear Sir, If you are able to establish non consummation of marriage then you can file Divorce case within one year of marriage. If she denies you may file an application for her medical test. Thus, it may take 12-18 months to get divorce.

It’s a legit ground for divorce. There’s no tune frame for denial unless adequate reasons are provided by the Partner. You can proceed to file a divorce petition with the existing issue and need not wait for better case to develop

yes as per supreme court and high court judgement, denial of sex for a long period amounts to mental cruelty, and sex is a very important part of married life, a person can get divorce on ground of deniel of sex and is one of the strong grounds which comes under mental cruelty.
