Divorce filing regarding on which grounds.

I was married on November 9th 2017. After marriage only I was found that she is not capable to take responsible as house wife and she don't know to do personal day to day work .Then only her father confessed that she discontinued 9th standard for poor brain memory capacity and she got b.sc psychology degree certificate by paying money. Then I took Her to psychologist and after conducting aIQ test she has average IQ of 68. After 3 months of marriage, my father-in-law came to my house and at tthat time when I had returned home from outstation we found that she has illegal affair with her father. After this, I decided to throw her away and left her on her parents house. Now we are loving separately for 9 months. Now I want to divorce her and she is not ready for divorce. By coming November 9th, completing one year From marriage. Now I want to know on what grounds can ofile divorce on her and on which jurisdiction can I fill the case. How long it will take for getting divorce
