Divorce and threatening of suicide

There is issue between my family and my wife by which my wife is threatening us for her suicide. We are not engaging any physical and mental harassment of her but there are some internal issue due to which my family and I want divorce from my wife. But my wife threatening us saying she will suicide and we all will be struck in legal issue ( which we really don't want) in that case what to do. Currently she is living with us and we don't know what to do
sorry to know about your situation. You should inform about this to her parents and relatives. For a time being you should leave her with her parents, let the emotions go down and try to have a meeting with families to amicably solve the dispute. If still problem persists then you should take a legal recourse.

Hello, if you are married since last less than 7 years then it can treated as a threat to you but more than 7 years if you're married then this shall be treated as mental Cruelty inflicted upon you and your family. You can file contesting petition in Family Court and can get divorce from her.

You should inform police authorities that your wife is threatening you and your family that she will commit suicide. after that you inform her parents and other family members too. try to record the threat in her voice.
