section 126/135 Koi bahut bada apradh ke vishay mein Dhara nahin Hai yah Shanti vyavastha banae rakhne ke liye Dhara hoti hai aap agali date per jakar apni bail karva lijiye do jamanati le jaiega pareshani ki koi Vishesh baat nahin Hai छोटे-मोटे ladai jhagade mein Aisa Ho jata hai

agar recieve ho gaya hai to you should definitely face the court at the earliest to avoid further charges abhi ke liye you're not going to get arrested but denying court summons..... aage jaake aapko dikkat hi hogi better hai start early to avoid such happenings

nahi aap agli tarikh ko chale jaye koi dikkat nahi hai par hajir hoke bail kara le uske baad tarikh per aate rahiye nahi tou vakil bhi manage kar sakte hai iske baad kuch din tak file haziri mei chalegi koi dikkat nahi hogi
