Q: Land Mutation can be done after the construction is done?

Construction of a house does not bar land mutation. House/property mutation (with building details) is a separate or subsequent step, mainly for property tax and municipal records.Contact for more details

Q: Government Aided Inter College Rural Area

We have an Inter College set up by my late father. I am the Vice President of the school. The elections of the executive committee were held 2 months ago and the executive members were not given any written notice or information about the elections except for a sms and whatsapp which was sent 2 days before election date. The principal, manager and president have done this on purpose to remove most of the executive body people and have new ones. What action can I take.

Advocate Priya Singh answered
You must file approach the high court under 226 stating it as strong case to file a writ petition seeking quashing of elections due to:Lack of proper noticeViolation of bye-lawsMalafide removal of members Stay on operation of newly formed committeeRestraining them from taking major decisions

Q: Already on 2 month notice and company creating false accusations

I work in an IT company and on bench since last 5 months, I tried to get project but my manager was not supportive and gave projects to her favorite ones...now I have already given resignation as per my contract which states two months.. now company HR is sending emails unnecessary using false accusations regarding behavior and performance to escape from giving me notice period and two months salary.

Advocate Priya Singh answered
If HR is now making false accusations about performance/behavior:This appears to be a mala fide attempt to avoid paying dues. However, they cannot impose penalties or deny salary without:A proper domestic enquiryGiving you notice of chargesAllowing you to defend yourself (principles of natural justice)If they continue harassment or deny dues, send a legal notice demanding:Pending salaryExperience letter / relieving letter
