DELAYED ENQUIRY RESULTING IN MINOR PUNISHMENT. IN AUDIT IT WAS FOUND CONTRACTOR DID NOT DEPOSIT GST AND EPF PAID TO HIM. SUSEQUENTLY, HE DEPOSITED.HENCE NO LOSS. MEANWHILE JUNIORS GOT PROMOTED.
