you need to go to your respective tehsil and meet lekhpal of your area , your khatauni must show the legal heir name imprinted on it , if that's done you already have a share if not means it's pending so get that done the earliest

Q: Want to cancel registration to a course before it started.

A course was recommended by a friend and the course people said the last date for registration is today and have to register quickly, so they gave two brochure and in quick read everything was fine, but there was no complete details. But they said to register quickly first and under their guidance registered, but after that discussed more with family and with the course consultant more and the course was not as said in brochure. So i need refund and what to do if they disagree.

You need check।family register and find the lost top existing heir he is the owner if more then one cousin then all become joint owner , you need file a partition plus injunction suit to get the correct legal remedy.

Definetly you need a Lawyer to safeguard your interest , the way elders are planning to act is not legally accurate and has a open legal objection , I won't go into technicals but yes I could see the Loss which parties would undergo if the property gets divided in above mentioned form

if a Married woman after being in relationship for a year files a rape case then it actually doesn't constitute the rape as consensual sex does not amount to Rape until and unless it is based on some false promise which ultimately has to be proved in the court ,Anticipatory bail is the immediate remedy.
