Defamation case against co-sister on behalf of the husband

My co-sister (husband's bro wife) has falsely accused my husband of sexual harassment so that she can move with her hubby separately. Her hubby always had fights with her so he doesn't wanna live with her after all this especially not alone with her.. so he has filed a conjugate case against her.she s with her parents after a pety ego fight with her hubby since July 2019 and refusing to come back in joint family after spinning a good harassment story against my hubby. She dragged him to police as well in September and warned him. I want to file a defamation case for my hubby(fake incident tat she told was of March).is it possible? WT proofs do I need. She was absolutely normal with him till the last day she was here and addressed him normally as bro only. V have watsapp msgs as proof.i don't think she has any proofs. Pls help if it's valid
To prove prima facie defamation, a plaintiff must show four things: 1) a false statement purporting to be fact; 2) publication or communication of that statement to a third person; 3) fault amounting to at least negligence; and 4) damages, or some harm caused to the person or entity who is the subject of the statement.
