hello, please first of all clear about the details of properties whether the property of husband is having name in revenue aur on government record. you have to file an application before the court to get succession certificate or you can do process of इंडिमनिटी, for further more detailed discussion just contact us

wife has all the rights in the property of his husband. It is not compulsory that he make wife nominee. After husband's death wife and children have equal right in the self acquired property of husband.

after the death of the male person, his property automatically devolves on the wife and children (if any). you just need to file an application before the tehsildar office for name change in revenue records.
