Daughter Major Verbal Abuse of Her Parents

My sister has been divorced for 10 years now. And she has been staying with parents (senior citizen). She has been increasingly abusing parents and shouting loud with expletives and blaming. It has been happening for almost 10 years now. We have tried getting friends and relatives and neighbours to speak to her. She is constantly confrontational and aggressive with them too most times.
feel sorry to hear about this situation. I suppose from your narration that you want your sister to leave your parents' company and live separately. if that be the case then I would want to know more about the ownership of the house and other things to give u proper opinion.

Your parents can file a complaint under Maintenance and welfare of senior citizen Act to the concerned sub-divisional officer of Revenue department authorised by collector.
He will take cognizance of the matter and issue notice to your sister and may pass an order directing your sister to vacate your parent's house .

Hi, this is a case of domestic violence and if your sister is harassing continuously for ten years then this mental Cruelty amounts to violence against them. Domestic Violence proceedings can be initiated against her and protection order from court can be obtained to save them.
