Court marriage without the permission of parents.

I want to know that what is the legal age to get married legally without the permission of parents. ? And how many witnesses needed from both sides? And can them be all friends and boys??

Dear client,as per section 5 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 makes a  marriage lawful only if the groom has attained the age of 21 years at the time of marriage and the bride has attained the age of 18 years at the time of marriage.

dear client as per your query the legal age for marriage is for girls 18+ and boys 21+ yes you can marry to any person as per your wish as you both have to lead your own life together what is your jurisdiction place...

Both men and women can get married legally once they attend the age of 21 yrs.. so far as the witnesses are concerned any person can be a witness provided they are of sound mind and are Adult. Permission of none is required
