Clarification on procedure for inter religion marriage

I am a Muslim girl from K, living and working in H, I love a Hindu guy and I want to get married to him. He is also ready to marry me. My parents and brothers are trying to marry me into a Muslim family. I am scared to tell them about my love and when I reject the marriage proposals they abuse me physically and verbally. Please, guide me through the legal options that I have.
you have to two ways 1. you will approach District.S.P. for protection 2. you will perform registered marriage than you have to take protection.any body like.. Muslim OR Hindu registered marriage legally valid police also help you cont advocate

You can marry whoever you want as long as you both are majors. Subregister will register your marriage also. There is no legal objection as long as you both are majors. You can lodge complaint against your family members if they threaten you.
