Can child be with maternal side of family when mother is bedridden and father is forcing kids to be with his family,without kids wanting?and saying if kids remain with maternal family the expenses of the kids wont be taken care by him?

only bedridden can't be sole ground to seek the custody of the child, the court should get convence and satisfy the approach you seek, you have to show many concerns for which the court must think the care of the child is in your hand rather then with the opposite pary.

Dear Madam, *The court will direct the father to pay for children's maintenance, irrespective of they are resing with maternal uncles. Their presence is necessary for ailing mother. Father may not get custody. Fight legally and get justice.*

1. A child can be taken into custody if the mother is not capable of looking after the child. 2. the child can be given into the father's custody if he is capable of taking care of the child. 3. wherever the child stays the expenses of the child must be given.
