I am onkarmurthy aged 24 years belongs to SC community and I am in relationship with other community girl aged 18 years 11 months old now she is getting apposed by her parents and getting torcher what can I do with this situation she is till have 1 month to get 19 year old.

Q: Abandonment of wife and newborn daughter

Separated 7+ months; husband threatened divorce, asked me to empty flat. He's shown severe abandonment and neglect: stopped contact for 1 month 20 days, zero concern for our baby's well-being/vaccinations, and no child maintenance. His only contact is brief, sporadic video calls talking only to the baby. His neglect has shattered me. He recently resumed calls & sent an official email. Seeking divorce, will file in December. need advice if I can avoid video call or would it cause legal issues.

Can child be with maternal side of family when mother is bedridden and father is forcing kids to be with his family,without kids wanting?and saying if kids remain with maternal family the expenses of the kids wont be taken care by him?

Q: criminal house trespassing by a relative

HI Sir my brother- in- law is forcibly staying in our house for the past year, he came to stay for a week but is refusing to leave. He is a resident of New Zealand and his family is living there, from the past Six months he has become aggressive and (I suspect he tried to poison me with lethal gas, as i fell very sick suddenly and the blood gas report done after 3 days shows elevated values) he also demands money from my husband and is banging doors threatening me after my husband is at work.
