Cheated by army personel and he is not having extra marital affair

Have been cheated by one armed forces personnal indian navy.....He has exploited me for 8 years and finally cheated me by making an extramarital affair. His family s also not supporting me now.
Dear Client, you are advised to file a police complaint and if you have already done the same and no action has been taken, then you will have to file 156(3) before the judicial magistrate. Further you can claim maintainence also.
