Q: Cheated by army personel and he is not having extra marital affair

Have been cheated by one armed forces personnal indian navy.....He has exploited me for 8 years and finally cheated me by making an extramarital affair. His family s also not supporting me now.

you need to file a case of domestic violence against him and his family. charge him with offences comes under Indian Penal Code. it would be helpful n your case if you collect some audio, video or documentary proof of his illicit relation with other woman.

Q: Director of company committed suicide i had given loan to what to do.

Hello, I have given 20 lakh to a private finance firm and month back the company director had committed suicide. I am having the PDC check and the agreement of the money given to the company and all my money given was through net banking to the directors account so its there in my bank statement. Till now there is no update on if the company will continue or they will close it. Can you please help me what can i do to recover my money.

to initiate the proceedings of recovering the money you should hire a lawyer and lawyer then send a legal notice to that company on your behalf. If it is a finance firm with sole proprietor ship then you can recover your money from his legal heirs or by attaching his property and bank accounts through court.

Q: bank sent notice to settle credit card bill what to do.

Hi I was using a credit card issued by HDFC Bank with a credit limit of 20000. And due to some financial crisis I am unable to pay the amount. I have received an conciliation notice from the bank. Wherein ,they have mentioned date and time to visit. I want to know what should I do in this case, as I have tried to get it sorted by the as well but have not received any response from the bank. Bank is asking to pay amount of 24300. And I am not able to pay the amount in full. Need urgent help.

if you have received the notice then go to the lace mentioned in the notice and it is not a huge amount you just tell them that you are unable to pay the entire due amount in one shot, hopefully the bank people will take the entire due amount in installment. otherwise your cibil score will get affected by it.

Q: Friend not returning money what can I do.

I gave some amount of money to my known person but now he refused to return me back the money. He is saying do whatever you want to do I will not return it back. I have only video clip recording in which he is accepting that he has borrowed money from me. Plz suggest what steps should I take.

First you should hire a lawyer and tell him to send one legal notice to the person whom you have given the money. the legal notice should be send on your behalf by your lawyer. That legal notice should contain such aggressive language and legal clause that compels him to pay your money back.
