Case to be withdrawn filed u/s 34 & 498 a against my husband

How to withdraw d case filed against my husband u/s 34 & 498a within the police station without going to court. I wanted to give a complaint against the other woman whom my husband was living with even though she has husband living with her. My husband is a heart patient & has been trapped by that lady. I wanted that lady to be questioned & save my husband but the police have accused my husband along with that lady. We are Hindu & marriage is registered under Hindu Marriage Act.What is the legal recourse?
Hi, if you are willing to withdraw the case then you should first see if a chargesheet is filed and the basis that we can proceed in talking to the police for compromise and withdrawal of the FIR. if not then we have to see otherwise.
