It depends contents of the recording and cases to be filed by those relative against who you were talked not your sisiter in law. Apart from this, mear taking of some one does not constitute any offence untill other wise it was executed or committed. Apart from all, any complaint should be filed in time. For old recording or other old threat seh cant file complaint at right now. So dont worry. In case if you have threaten of death or like what , if such recoding is there against her only she can file. She cant stand on the other person foot and file a complaint on behaf of them. For time being nothing to worry.

Dear Sir,
She may file a false FIR against you but it can be challenged and get a stay if you approached High Court. Anticipatory Bail may be obtained if any such complaint is loged by your sister-in-law. It is not so serious case.

If such things happens then you can file a complaint against her under domestic violence act for threatening and destroying your married life.

**Though call recordings does not hold much weightage as evidential value.
