Can second wife claim the share in husband property

I am a Hindu girl age 44 years.15 years married a man who is already married. iam a second wife to my husband .first wife living and having 2 children elder than this boy.iam having a son aged about 12 yrs.long ago my inlaws promised me to give one property.which the first wife not aware of it.but now my mother in law saying that she will dispose it and .deposit the amout in their account and use the intrest amout and after them they will write the right to my son .to take that amount is it possible.that property is ancestors property. my husband dont kept any property on his name .he is doctor.whatever he is earning he kept a big house on first wife s name.worth of 1 cr.she is a govt job holder.i dnt have any job.iam a house wife.plz give a advice iam orphan. What can I do?

as per hindu marriage act , two marriages are not accepted, only some exceptional case courts accepted,even through you have a chance to file a case for maintenance of your children not for you , cont advocate further details...

if the property is an ancestral property and if there appears no partition took place between the heirs and there will be a chance for you . you are saying that your inlaws have promised you that they would give one property and you are at liberty to raised that issue and settle the matter in an amicable way. if the properties are ancestral properties then the order of succession prevails.
