Can i marry a muslim girl being a hindu

What document i need to take to marry a Muslim girl and how much time it will take for the marry.
hello,
you can marry a Muslim girl and you can marry her under the special marriage act which has been specifically enacted for inter-religious marriages. it will take 30 days for the marriage. you will need your residence proof, ID proof, and date of birth certificate.

Yes you can marry a Muslim girl under the Special Marriages Act and get the marriage registered therein. Documents needed are High School Marksheet of both, Adhaar of Both, Marriage Card (if there), 3-3 Photographs of both, 2 witnesses along with their photo and ID and token is to be recieved online from the City's concerned Registrar of Marriages. Get the form and document filled up and submitted through a competent lawyer who sits there only.
