Dear Client,
At first collect all the documents pertaining to her Psychiatric treatment. When ever she files any complaints against you or your husband, this can be used to defend the case. Since the principle " prevention is better than Cure" , both of you has to avoid receiving calls from her side, if you are pickuping call do not make any provocative remarks. Or have to record the entire calls and also you are required to get copy of the call list with date and time and the audio file of the recorded call must resemble. you must immediately file a complaint against her for threatning to kill youand mentally harassing you to the nearest police office and to the nearest womens commission or file Dv case against her and get relief of protection

There is a famous song... from movie Frozen... Let it gooo... Let it goo... U have to keep it looking tat way. Also make it sure wat ur husband is upto also. Wats his status. If everythings seems fine, you may file a complaint before the women cell of your jurisdiction n keep the things between police n the lunatic. DO draft the complaint with the help of a lawyer n do tell him the things frankly. keep a copy of the said complaint with you in ur personal file and follow up the proceedings within police. Make sure dont take it upto court. It wont be that smooth for you to digest.

Hai Have a nice day, Firstly U don't fear. Face the matter without fear.because U r the wife. That X girlfriend calling U, to threaten U, Then U definitly file complaint to the police station. And also wrote in that complaint that X girl trying to kill U.Then that girl will threaten u,U without fear reply in threaten words.
