Q: Can i marry my second cousin in india ?

Sir I am a hindu from kerala. Can i legally marry my second cousin who is my mothers mother's sister's daughter's son. Kindly advice regarding this law What are the legal and genetic considerations of second cousin marriage in india ? Thankyou sir.

Dear Client,I am understanding your question like this, you like to marry your Maternal Grand Mothers, Sister's , Daughter's SON.The Hindu law prohibits marriage with in Sapinda relationship" with reference to any person extends as far as the third generation (inclusive) in the line of ascent through the mother. As per the law you are looking for a marriage with 3rd degree/ generation of relation. But the law is liberal, as per the custom, if allows,marital relationship with second cousin , you can marry.But if you are very particular with the marriage with your second cousin, you can proceed.Before that take the advise of elders in your family and be careful about you health after getting married and whenever you get pregnant, do not forget to tell your Dr. that your husband is your Second Cousin. I am telling you this much to avoid genetic problems in the birth of offsprings.So all the best.

Q: what could i do if car dealership delays the car delivery as per said promise date?

I booked a car 6 months ago. At the time of booking, they told me that they would deliver the vehicle within 3 months. Later, they changed their statement and said they would deliver it within 5 months. We waited until last month. One day, they called and informed us that the vehicle was ready and asked us to pay the full amount, which we did. However, they later said that the color we specified was not available and offered us another color, which we refused. Now, the waiting period is over, and they still haven't delivered the vehicle, and they still have our money. What legal action can we take?

Dear Client, You can file a complaint against the dealer and the manufacturer , before the Consumer Forum of your area for deficiency of service and unfair trade practices. You can claim the deposited with nominal intrest and mental agony. I think it will be better to contact a Consumer lawyer for the effective prosecution of the case.

I am  and i am a christian by religion .And i am presently staying in London .i am an Indian would like to get married to a Nepali citizen .i would like to get her married in India and she is a Hindu by religion and recently got christened .Tell me how to marry nepali girl in india ,i would like know what all papers should we submit to get legally married and to obtain a marriage certificate.

Dear Client,The Passport of your bride is the only document you need. Secondly if you wold like to change her religion entry in passport , you are required to contact the Nepal's consulate in UK, along the with the documents of change of religion to Christianity (But be careful when contacting with her passport for change of religion to Christianity in Nepal consulate, since Nepal is a considered as a Hindu nation, which might cause difficulty to your bride). Q: How to refund money from a coaching center if no classes attended

I have paid ₹ 5000/- to a Coaching Centre and No classes were attended. I asked for refund ande they are ignoring it. Is there any chance to get a refund ?

Dear Client,In this matter you had failed to comply the duty as a student to attend the class, as per the stipulation of the coaching center, to which you had expressly agreed by paying the fee to attend the class.Hence the is no deficiency on the part of the coaching center. So there is no possibility or liability to refund the fee you had filed.Anyway you can file an experimental complaint before the CDRF of your District, but there is always a risk of fine for filing malicious complaints and dragging the people to court. So be careful while filing this complaint before CDRF.

my daughter was married 19 yrs ago as per christian traditon. there were problems between them and after 7 years my daughter returned to my home and there were no contact with the spouse or his relatives. now her spouse died how to get his death certificate and her ornaments given at the time of marriage.

Dear Client,You can obtain the Death Certificate from the website of the local self government, just google death certificate kerala state after entering the necessary details, it will the downloaded to the system immediately and with the print out you can apply for a certified copy of the same.in order to get back the ornaments you are required to filed a case before the Family court which is having jurisdiction.
