Can I disown my parents

My girlfriend is 23 year old and she wants to disown his family because they harasse her mentaly and there relative haresse her sexuly ,i asked her to come and live with me in Gurgaon because she is too afraid to complaint against them .and now she is with me and her parents call her for money so please guide how she can disown them so they stop calling her

She can't disown them, bcoz blood Relationships can't be disowned​ bt u can lodge complaint & F.I.R against them u/s 354, 506 oR moRe seveRe u/s 376 of I.P.C. Simply to get Rid of this haRRasment. U can ask the police to call them & ask them to stol doing all this, u don't RequiRe to go to heR pateRnal city, u can do the same in GuRgaon & police will call them in GuRgaon.

She can not disown her parents. And from where she want to disown her parents. If she have self acquired property then she may disown.
If the parents are doing any cruelty and any of them relative makes any sexual assault with her, she may file criminal complaint against them.
Or she may get protection order from High Court.

Your girlfriend is a major she can take decisions as to how she wants to lead her life...legally you can't disown your parents if you're not a teenager but yes you can definitely abandon them..Actually in India parents are second to god so think wisely before taking any step...

She can file complaint with SSP Gurgaon where her parents reside. Further she can file application u/s 482 of CrPC for protection from her parents and support from police in case of any misadventure by her parents.

If you both are major you can come and meet. Or consult any other lawyer he will guide you how to deal with problem. Actually if you are majo r. Then there is no problem at all. There are many options
