Jb mne ghr bnana shru kra to usne jhagda kra police staion m uska solution ho gya. ghr walo ke slha le kr mne jb ghr bnana start kr diya .Mra ghr pr lantr girne k tym pr usne fir se stay leleye .Jise mra kaam ruk gya h.Us ghr ke bijle bill last case ke oder copy.H mre pass.Kya ab is stuion me ek din mestay cancel ho skte h.Plzzz hlp me

Yes you file an application of vacation of stay in the court in which the second suit filed by you is pending and attach the plaint and order of the first suit along with the application. If the settlement arrived before is in writing Yves a me be attached. Contact for further action.

First of all the facts you have given are incomplete. Aap phle ye bataye k aapke brother ne case kiya kis reason se ghar or? Secondly tell k court k stay ka order Kya hai? Next date of court hearing Kya hai

You need to provide details as to who is the owner of property. Is it family property or you are the only owner. Copy of stay order to find on what basis he has got stay. Stay can be vacated, but details are required. Plz provide immediately to get better advise.

Yes... The status quo or stay may be cancelled, you have to appear in the court through your counsel and then to take your defence. Then after consider your position court may vacate stay order.....
