You and your brothers have equal rights to all property, including the jewelry. Your father passed away in 2008.I can provide a notice with information about the rights of your brother through a lawyer, as well as the ways to obtain the necessary documents and join you according to the law. Please contact for further information.

File a suit for partition against your brother. Seek equal share in the family properties. Also seek mesne profit for the rent of past years. Make the tenant as party to the proceedings. File an interim petition for your share in the rent pendency of the suit.
