Brother in laws miss guiding my wife and harressing me

Dear sir/madam.
My Brother in laws miss guiding my wife and harressing me. They insulted me multiple times and now my wife left my house 2 months ago and living with them. We have 2 daughters and they are staying with me. I want to come out from this mental harresment and want to start new life by applying for divorce. Requesting for your kind advise. Please help me. Thanks.
Dear Sir,
You can file divorce on the grounds of Voluntary Desertion by your wife and cruelty by her and her parents. You may claim custody of your daughters if there are more than 5 years of age. You have to submit documents like marriage certificate, marraige photographs, Birth Certificates of Daughters and address proof documents in the Court.

hi as you mentioned in the above matter if you want take divorce from your wife first you approach an advocate to send a legal notice to your wife .after that you will file a case in your district court.
