Boy promised to marry but now he ran away. What to do-

If a boy run away or missing suddenly after being in a long relationship of 5 years . Boy family is also not telling about their child so what action I should take to find the boy and if finally boy come and deny to marry due to family pressure so what should I do ?
I'm afraid that a promise to marry can be enforced. You two might have had an affair but you cannot compel him to marry you, even if you two had a physical relationship. The Supreme Court is very clear on this issue. You cannot take any legal action against this boy on the strength of his promise to marry you.

Such problem can not be addressed on such forum. I advise you to discuss with some advocate. This problem related to relationship. Your 5 year relation with a boy will require you to produce evidence to get relief.

Without any appropriate evidence against the boy you cannot proof him guilty in court, but for primary remedy you just lodge an complaint case or FIR against him , the consent officee will investigate the matter. For further advice contact me with your evidence or any other documentary evidence.
