Both parties from Muslim community wish marry in court..,.....,.......

Here one party is from Goa(Panaji) with age of 28yrs, and another party is from Karnataka (Hubli) with age of 30yrs. Both are Muslim caste. But parents are not agreeing for marriage because of family issues. So they decided to do court marriage. What is the procedure for marriage registration. And what are the documents required for that.?

Dear Sir Such details are available with Sub Registrar cum Marriage Registration Office. You may directly walk and get. Usually KYC details affidavits and witnesses are necessary with 30 days waiting period.

okay I understand your questions so now you want court marriage process right. so both parteyes under muslim religion your marriage register under special marriage Act required documents psrtyes address proof psassoport sizes photes. witness both side 2witness required
