Alcoholic husband not supporting with expenses and child education

Alcoholic husband with full support from in-laws has stopped providing expenses for day to day survival and childs education since last 3 yrs. He is without job since 3 yrs also staying with his family members in his parental house in a different state and city. How to claim maintenance and childs education from him and inlaws ?
You can file a case for maintenance in the court of law. According to the law, your husband is obligated to maintain you and your son equivalent to his own living standard.
First you can send a legal notice stating the same and if does not abide by it, then you can proceed for the maintenance case as mentioned.
