aging father being harassed by son for money property etc

20-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
Respected sir i am aged 56 years , recently i got my son joined to eng collage on comed k results and i am paying a whooping 2.5 lakhs per year fees . But my does not have proper thinking attitude about respecting parent . He wants to dominate in house in every matter since i will be away from home at office work . I tolerated his silly attitude of showing supremacy on me at home for last two years since he was studying , but now since he joined eng collage i thought his mental attitude will improve , but no improvement seen on him by me , because i am a govt doctor .hence to teach him a lesson for ever i have decided to file a police complaint on him for harassing me for money for his lavish style life . My request is whether should i file a domestic violance case as NCR at the nearest police station or should i approach family court which deals with domestic violance cases only . which is the better option legally and safety wise ? .

Dear Sir, Young generation not understanding concern of the parents and they would like to enrich by overnight. To give a mild shock to your son you may please lodge a police complaint against him without any FIR. You may think over joining him Engineering course which attracts more fees.
