After marriage ,within one month my wife starting abusing me .
12-Jan-2023 (In Family Law)
I got married last month . Now she started abusing me and my family and creating lot of drama and threatening us . She locked her room and crying very loudly for 6 hrs and whole colony was seeing. We called her parents and requested them to come and talk . They didn't come and sent her brother and he took her along with him . We called her parents they are also not responding. When we called her parents they were also not responding . What should I do now?

Try to find out if she has any medical issues. First try to solve the issue with the help of relatives from both sides. If it doesn't work out then you can approach police. Lastly, if you want your wife back you can apply for restitution of conjugal rights before the court.

if you want to continue the marriage then you continue the marriage you don't want to have your wife like such a character then you proceed for divorce keep receipt for diverse it is good for you otherwise you will cut under the wife and the legal procedures and its culture visible defy your wife then do it otherwise you depart from your voice by filing a divorce petition
