You do not have any rights in the property of parents during their lifetime. . .

From what I understand from your query, your parents gifted the property which was in their name to your brother. They have absolute right to do so. You have a claim over the property only if its an ancestral property. Such details are absent in your query.

Hai
You have only limited acess. Any undivided and not alloted property after the death f owner will come to their legal heirs. Tats the only applicable situation in ur case. Else u would have been unmarried. Only limited chances are there. Better they execute some deed volutarily.

Being the son you are definitely eligible for a share in the property. The right of share vary in different personal laws of inheritance and succession. As your religion is not stated, I am unable to state as to that. Marriage is not a disqualification for your right over the respective share in the property.
