Am in a relationship starting before one year. He promise me to marry me.but now he not willing to this marriage because his parents not agree that.what can I do for Marry him?

There is no way in law to seek one to marry you. If there is any written contract to marry, then the situation is in your favour. What u can do us to lodge a complaint to the police alleging misuse by promise of marriage so that there can be a possible settlement in the matter.

Caveat is separate proceedings. The cost is similar to the filing of any petition in a court with fixed court fee. It also incurs the cost of sending notice to the other party. Caveat is valid for 90 days of filing.

Q: Threatening to destroy my life and peace with friends and family

Ex boyfriend threatens to expose prev vedios to friends and family, says he will ruin my upcoming marriage and will never let me live in peace, he says he wants me back and if he cant have me then noone else can. Dont know what to do

This type of offence is called intimate relationships/partner offence. In the present situation reveal the issue to ur family first. Ask to deal this with their interference in a peaceful manner as in such case there is chance of voilence being committed. Studies reveal that in such relationship there is high degree of possessiveness and nature of self harming or harming the partner when things are not going hus way. So take the first step through family and if necessary only need to complaint to police .

Q: Refund of registration fee not giving back.

I seeked admission to an aviation school and paid a registration fee(they said it is non refundable).But I couldn't arrange the course fee so I decided to withdraw my application and haven't joined the institution neither attended a single class.I would like to get back the paid registration amount,but the institution is telling that it is non refundable and they are not refunding the amount.Can I file a complaint and get my money back?If yes,how can I do it ?

You can move the consumer court. But you right depends on the terms agreed, if written. If there is no such rider in written form you can proceed. Plz note that 2 years is the period of limitation. After that your claim will not lie

Prior 3 documents, encumbrance, tax, and minor rights if any are to be checked primarily. Certain other matters depend on those documents and the nature of land. Plz do a legal scrutiny and get a report before proceeding further
