After 4 month of marriage mental harassment by laws sent mom home.

Without knowing my hubby sister in law mom in law dad in law n brother in law given harassment for me n whenever hubby around me all acts like they are very with me... In frustration I spoke with sis in law n scolded my mom in law I didn't knew it was pre plan she recorded calls. After tat i had health issues I came home... And i apologized too n family members also apologized but since from 3 months not accepting and all brainwashed him about me so he not responding my call and message and ready for divorce but i dnt want divorce what to do... It was pre plan because mom in law dnt like at but for first daughter in law she care n she I'll like her n she I'll do partiality. Now hubby telling I am when they spread negative rumours on me so he telling he cnt accept I dnt want divorce I'm staying in village n had sisters too

Dear Madam, Most of the Matrimonial statutes are in favour of married women. You may get issue a notice under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act and save your marriage. Such a simple incidents never have any effect on your future Matrimonial life. You may apply for Maintenance and also file other different cases to save your marriage.

you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and when notice is issued the husband will attend court and there will be conciliation where the issues can be settled and you can join your husband.

If you want you can file a complaint against your inlaws it can be done under domestic violence act and secondly regarding your husband, through meditation process you can resolve the misunderstanding between you two. If you are already separated and living in different place, then through restitution of Conjugal rights the matter can be resolved.
