Advice when Wife living apart for last 5 months giving excuse of study

19-Oct-2023 (In Family Law)
I am basically Hindu, Bramhin; belongs to Ranchi & work at Bangalore; I have small physical disability and it was well revealed to them before marriage & all their family had seen me. After marriage, the life was running somehow with slight hills & downs. After having kid (in 1.5 year of marriage), my wife had many excuses not to come with me that how she will manage small kid (5 months old) alone. Anyhow, I managed to bring them with me; After few months (as Mundan for the kid was over), she started insisting again to go to her mother's house. Even their parents put pressure on me to send her with her father due to small kid(1 year). I was not left with any option and her father took her away from my house. Now after 4-5 months, she is giving excuse of study (2-3 years) course in which she can't come and same is the opinion of her parents. Her father is ready to pay for that. She is not ready to come to my parents house. We are not getting their intentions. Please suggest.

When either the husband or the wife has, without reasonable excuse, withdrawn from the society of the other, the aggrieved party may apply, by petition to the district court, for restitution of conjugal rights and the court, on being satisfied of the truth of the statements made in such petition and that there is no legal ground why the application should not be granted, may decree restitution of conjugal rights accordingly
