okay I understand your question now your father and mother living saparate but now you are living with your mother custody so now you want maintainace from your father yes it is possible you have to file 125crpc and get maintainanxe it is never of you need help contact me thank you

Dear Sir, Unless you are minor you cannot claim any maintenance or support from your father. However, you can agitate your rights through your mother by filing a maintenance suit and get his properties attached thus your father will be restrained from transferring his properties to anybody.

hello ma'am, according to the hindu law in India a daughter is liable to get maintenance till she is minor, and the wife is liable to get maintenance based on circumstances as in if she is not working then based on her husband'sincome the court will decide what amount of maintenancehe is entitledto give to her wife and if the wife is working and still she is asking for maintenance then based on her income and her husband's ince the court will decide the maintenance amount.
