What will happen if someone escape the country without taking permission from the court during bail?
you can inform the passport office as well as the airport authorities with specific and minute details so that such person will not be able to leave the country without court's permission as he may be dangerous in nature

no this is illegal one should not do but since you are caught punishment will have to be served by the absconding person so its better to take permission of the court and present himself when required...

an arrest warrant would follow. it might set a wrong precedent for the accused and the Court might get loath in extending any interim relief or exercising it's discretion in the favour of the accused in near future.

a proclamation will be issued against him by the court. whenever he returns to the country he shall be arrested. or if you know his whereabouts and if you have proper sources you can appeal to the court and the court can get the person arrested. but the 2nd case is not very much likely
