Is it possible quashing Of domestic violence case or stay order Of case despite DV case is just under trail ( filling ) stage at lower district Court which js not jurisdiction limit as well as not properly examined and wandedly dragged senior citizen parents who never stayed with us but supported us .which is possible and easy options now - stay order or quash ?
hello client as i can see yoir issue ia really very much serious . in this matter my view is to put it under the condition of stagnant standing it is possible to get it stagnant but only in the condition when we are able to seee your full dilw of documenta then we can make the way.

In such a scenario all those persons against whom the specific allegations have not been levied by the complainant in the matter, their names can be drop out from the parties to the case.
