My Friend's Wife Has Filled DV and the court has issued notice to the Respondents so I just want to know that what will be the next process?
Once he got notice he has to keep himself present before court and should apply for adjournment to file written statement. Also say to interim applicant. He has to appoint advocate and should file Vakalatnama.

Actual process is too long. Initially your friend will have to appear before the court through an advocate. file his vakalatnama and appearance before the Court and thereafter, hi will have to file his say on her application.
