Legal notice from wife with all false stories and blame to family

My wife left me and my son home 6 months back saying I don't want u and 1 yr baby now I got legal notice I want 50lac as compensation for domestic violence . Child custody with his 10k maintenance n herself 20kmaintenance with new home are her demands i short blackmail with false alligation. Stil i am ready to accept her what shud i do reply her notice or tell her go to family court

How she started the material facts is important means two types of notice in which one is short precise and with date wise evidence while other is vague and defamatory without any cause and action. In both the conditions we have to reply her first about denial of false allegations and insertion of real and truthful facts. Then after court steps started if she is not willling to do as per our demands in reply of legal notice.

you should immediately reply to her notice first and not initiate court proceedings immediately...
once you revert to the notice she may go ahead and file case for DV in the family court, which ideally should be done by her because she is the one who has abandoned you and your son..
